Year 3 Educator
Hello! My name is Dana. I am very excited to be continuing my journey as an educator in the community of Sacred Heart. In 2022, I will be working within the Year Three space.
As an educator, I strive to engage children in their learning through hands-on and rich learning experiences where they are able to show curiosity and develop a strong growth mindset. Additionally, I aim to empower children to develop skills in problem-solving and decision making within their day to day lives, as well as within their learning. I hold close to me the value of providing a safe and nurturing environment where all children feel seen, heard and valued as members of our hub and school community.
Growing up along the Murray River, I have a love for anything outdoors and water. I enjoy spending time at the beach and going for walks with my dog Peach. I also enjoy spending weekends with friends enjoying good food and music. Where I can, I like to travel back to my family home in New South Wales.
