Year 1 Educator
Hello! I am Kate Gannon and I started working at Sacred Heart in 2020. Working at a school where every decision is based on what is best for each child makes coming to work each day such a joy. I am a strong advocate of children with special needs, helping children achieve is one of my biggest motivators.
Growing up in the country has given me a love of working in my garden as well as making jams, chutneys, olives and even brewing cider and beer!
After school I can be found playing competition tennis every Wednesday evening and enjoy watching tennis from around the world. I follow a variety of sports and am a regular at AFL games following the Melbourne Football Club. I have lived and worked in a few countries throughout Europe and love to travel as often as I can.
