Year 6 Educator
Hello, my name is Kirstyn Morgan and I have been teaching at Sacred Heart since 2018. I am currently a Year 6 teacher. Before I became a teacher I had a variety of other jobs in Hospitality and Admin. I also travelled quite extensively and I am very fortunate to have been travelling since I was quite young. Some of my fondest memories are overseas adventures with my family. We are very close and still travel together!
I love teaching, and appreciate how fortunate we are to be a part of our students and their families’ lives. I believe teaching should be fun and the classroom should be a place of laughter, respect, curiosity and discovery where everyone feels welcome. It is of the utmost importance to me to build strong relationships with the students in my class and I love chatting and getting to know them.
When I am not at school I love reading, cooking, walking Molly (my cheeky yet very lovable Beagle) with my fiance Alex, and going out for brunch with friends.
