Sacred Heart School is committed to providing a curriculum which will ensure the intellectual, social, physical, aesthetic and moral development of all students.
Learning and Teaching begins with the needs of the individual child and works towards developing their potential as lifelong learners and responsible citizens.
The prescribed curriculum is used to frame learning that is responsive to the children’s needs, to the context of our school and to the wider community.

Curriculum content is used as a means of developing children who are able to think deeply and critically and learn with and from others in an ever-changing world.
Contemporary learning tools such as tablets, laptop computers, interactive whiteboards and internet resources are used to extend students’ thinking and take their learning beyond the walls of the classroom.

Students attend their specialist classes each week which run for 55 minutes each.
Contemporary learning tools such as iPads, Chromebooks, interactive whiteboards, large screen monitors & casting and other internet resources are used to support and extend students’ thinking, taking their learning beyond the walls of the classroom.
