Hello! I’m Sue Burke and I have been teaching at Sacred Heart since 2017. Currently I am the English Leader which is a role I love! I have been teaching for 21 years and have spent 15 of those years at various schools in the western suburbs. I have teaching experience across all levels undertaking various leadership positions along the way. My education passion is analysing and interpreting data with a purpose to use it to support students’ learning. It’s so rewarding witnessing the pride when understandings are developed. I live in Altona with my husband Barry and the ruler of our roost, Billy, our 16 year old Maltese Shih Tzu. My hobbies include going for walks, craft, reading, baking and shopping!
